Getting excited!!

Heehee.. yes, getting excited because its Friday!! Heehee.. looking forward to the end of the week! And the weekends are coming!! Oh, its 2 more days to birthday but then haha.. not much feeling this yr haha.. :P Cos too busy with Miss Earth's stuff! I think the best birthday present this yr will be the crown? *grinzz* Heehee....

Can't wait to knock off! Then I can go enjoy my facial! And enjoy my weekend!!

Of my latest happenings!

Ok, another hectic week is coming to an end. After the press conference yesterday, I nearly crashed lo! Just feeling very very tired. Like a sudden drain of energy... So I sort of stoned and yeah just stared into space for some time. Took a short eye-shut, and was better for a while haha.. but then not too long before I needed to slp again.. Argh dun like this tired feeling...

Now trying hard to catch up the backlog at work. But not very effective. :P Somethings are moving, but somethings not really... sigh.. Can I win the crown and just get away from here? :P hahaha... Yes, that's like my day dream talking. Still got a few more months to my bonus!!! Then I can pay off all my debts and loans!!

Learnt something from my Aunt recently. Apparently, my brother uses the credit card in a very unique way. Once he has used any amount, he will immediately pay it off, even the bill comes. I think its a really good move! And I am now going towards that. It will really help alot to control and assess my own spending. So that there will be nothing to worry for next month's bill! I like this approach! I will start using it soon. Once my accounts balances up though. :P heehee....

Ok, back to pageant. I got my first newspaper article!!!! Heehee.. and its of me!! Yeah!! heeheee.. I like I like! :P Ok, going to keep the newspaper at home. I think I should go and laminate it and keep heehee.. :) Parents were the first pple to notice the article among all my other friends ha. Just made me realised how all my friends dun really read Chinese night newspapers haha.. :P Well, really happy. My first time on newspaper!! And there's a picture to go with it!! WAHH!!! hahaha.. :P

Coming up is the swimsuit competition which is like tomorrow!! Gotta be up bright and early at the Arena! I'm thinking of ways and means to keep myself alert and awake, because tml it will be more then 12hrs!! I'm not sure if I can really be hyped up that long. But, with all the crazy girls that are there, hmm... nothing is impossible I tell u hahaha. :P I like bonding with the girls haha.. some of us are just crazy. And there is seriously minimal bitching and stuff, which I like!! Heehee... yeah these are a group of very fun girls. :)

Upcoming is the swimsuit competition and pre-judging!! wah getting jittery and worried. I din manage to sell tickets for the swimsuit one haha.. Strange hor, Sat night, and nobody wants to buy the tickets to go party. It isn't very ex wat.. :P So so, those out there, let me know if you want any tickets!! It is raelly important to have people's support! To have those cheer for you when you are up on stage!! Maybe now I should start praying for somebody to buy up ALL my tickets and give away. :P hahaha.... That way will be able to sell my tickets like alot faster haha... I just calculated. $504 for all 20 tickets! Alot cheaper then those like $300 per pax those table type la. But then because there is no dinner, its quite ex for pple too... Not even sure if there will be seating for that matter. Ok, must pray for kind soul to buy ALL from me. Just give me like $1K, and I will buy all the tickets I have. And give it to pple. :P haha..
I still have alot of tickets for the finals ones!! So yes, grab them grab them!! From me ok? :P
Back to work, to claer more work off my plate!!

Friday lunch also taken up!!!

Okok, I had a super adventurous lunch lo. Almost didn't make it back in time. And I spent $7.30 on cab far from cathay back to office!! Haizz.. What to do leh... was going to be late liaoz, and it was raining cats and dogs. Well, at least I got my nails fixed. But when I was on my way there, I realised something about my hair!! Which I would need to go down to Orchard on Friday lunchtime!! So yes, my lunch time is taken up again!!

So that leaves me without any breaks! Unless I can get it fixed just before the press conference! Well, keep my fingers crossed ba. If I can get it fixed before then, then I will have some proper lunch on Friday! The only proper lunch I had this week I think.

So this evening will be fitting and shoes! Tml is the press conference itself already!! Time flies! Haha.. Not sure if I am really ready for it haha.. :P But yes, it should be a nice experience. Also will have alot of things going on after the press conference. Alot of rushing ard on my side... Just one more week!! I just need to hang on to it!!

Another busy busy week for me. That takes up my lunch times as well... There is really so much stuff to be done before the press conference, swimsuit competition and Pre-judging! And yes, they are all happening this week! Rather close to one another some more!

Then life will be more or less normal until I start preparing for the Coronation Night haha.. Which is also not alot of time left. 6th September is the event for Sa Sa!! They are promoting the use of recyclable bags, so yes, do come down and support us again if you can! It will be at Suntec, from 5pm-7pm. Originally it was in the morning, and it clashed with my lecture. And I couldn't afford to not attend this lecture this time, because I wouldn't be able to attend the makeup lecture on the following Tuesday! Now that its in the evening, I get to go! So I will just have to bring my stuff out for lecture as well.

Hopefully next week is not another mad rush for me! Looking at the current schedule, it doesn't seem to be so. Its actually quite nice to have a weekend before the finals. So that there is like time for further preparation.

Having cravings for Subway and subway cookies.... But havent have time to go for it. Now I'm thinking of what to have for lunch! Hahaha... yum yum... Just hope there isn't alot of pple at the mooncake stalls later.. maybe I can go for some tasting first! Haha.. Appetitizers before lunch haha.. :P Must maintain figure!! And I'm trying trying. But I don't know how long my diet can last when the mooncakes come hmm.... *drools* It will take great will-power to resist the temptation of popping a snow-skin dark chocolate mooncake into my mouth.. yum...

Not going to care about all the other stuff, such as tickets sales and stuff. So far nobody has wanted to confirm their attendance. Everyone has expressed their interest, but none took the tickets or paid up. So, oh well, too bad for them then. When I return the tickets to the organisers, then will have no more discounts! :P Maybe its better that no one I know is ard. So that I won't feel so pressured. :P haha.. oh well, all the best to meself!! :)

Plans for rest of the week

Today is another day where I try really hard to keep awake at work. Fortunately, there are no meetings for me to attend.. yawnzz..
Not sure is it not enough slp or wat leh.. Maybe biological clock messed up a bit liaoz.
Argh feeling utterly slpy.. and this week another long busy week lo.. :( Thurs and fr night is burnt up. Sat got early morning class, as like Sunday. So yeah lo.. tired!! AHH!!!

next week not sure if its so bad. Din really dare to look at my schedule yet. But then i will have to start filling my time up again lo.. To be prepared for next week's events!!

Just took a glance, and so far, Sat and Sun confirmed taken already. Mon-Thurs evening have all things planned. So far left Friday. And I have to see what else I would need to do. May need to fix appt for massage or waxing. Hmm.. we shall see how I can cramp more things into my timing... I will survive!! Hang in there!!!

It's Friday!!

Once again, its Friday again... I very tired!!!! Yawnzz... ok ok, last day of the week. I just have to hang on till tml morning's videoshoot!! Waxing's been brought forward to 630pm! So later leave office on time! Heehee.. its friday! So yup yup. Hope waxing will end early sia.

Been spending lots lately, but hmm retail therapy really has alot of benefits!! Haha... But of cos it makes me poorer lo... Then can't buy other stuff I like haha.. Ok, one more month to go, so should really just hang in there!!

Ok, its like finally Thursday! Wah stress.. Tired... Body aching.. Not enough slp.. Panda eyes... Yawnzz...

I can now nod off everywhere and anywhere I tell you.. Yawnzz... Today I woke up late. :P Overslept, but I still made it to office by 9am. That's why I love staying where I am so much heehee...

Argh, I can't stop myself from closing my eyes and nodding off!! Late nights is spoiling my routine. And I think my body is trying really hard to adjust to the changes. Body still holding up well, but can still see the strain. I'm SO SO tired!! I just need to slp. Like ALOT!!! Yawnzz...

Another long day today. THis week is coming to a close soon. Things will be a lot better after the morning shoot on Saturday.

Next week's schedule is slowly being filled up as well. Gotta attend the makeup lecture on Tuesday, since I will be missing Saturday's class. Well, that's the only confirmed thing on my list for now. Oh, and a dinner on Friday. Its free, so yup yup, will be attending! I think I should start shopping for another black dress ha. Seems like there are more and more occassions to wear. Hmm... but I need to look for one that is affordable as well... hmm... *Ponders* Will dwell on it.

Long long day....

I did one of the most amazing things... Ok, I have been doing some amazing things these few dasy actually. On Sat, I went to catch a movie with Gene @ Cineleisure. The Mummy is really quite good. I like heehee... it was very fast-paced. We watched till 2am! And by the time I reached home was about 230am. So after I showered, checked my mails and stuff, it was close to 330, 4am. I then slept for about 1.5hrs, before I woke up and get ready to go for golf.

Golf was with Thomas and Swee Yuan. Marvin MIA, dun noe how come. Didn't ask. Heard Thim Choy went for lasik leh... Envious... he spent close to 4K though. It was done at Gleneagles. Needs about 1-2months to recover. I thought that was quite long... So its still a bit blurry vision. Quite scary.. But then I still want to do it still haha.. :P

So I was at NTU last night, until this morning. :P haha.. Reached home about 2am. And after all the showering, remove makeup etc. Some tossing and turning should be about 3am. Then I woke up 2.5hrs later to drive the car down to Punggol so that Steffan can drive to camp later. And after passing him the keys, I took a slow walk to the mrt station and took the train down. Just very very very tired lo. Reached Tanjong Pagar about 745am. Taking the train at 7am really no crowd leh.. But then I don't think I can really wake up so early every morning. So went to get breakfast and came to office. It was nice to have a nice, quiet and empty office to come into haha.. Wa suppose to snooze a bit, but after all the surfing and eating, time to start work already....

I can't imagine what I will be like by lunch time haha. Maybe I would slp in for lunch or something. Tonight going to slp late! Because CSI and Criminal minds is on!! Will finish watching them before turning in. provided I can stay awake till then. Maybe a short rest at the beautician later will allow me to stay up longer in the night.

Yawnzz... Back to being busy..

Start of yet another busy week!!

Yes, and guess wat, this week is WORSE then last week!! :P Really got no space to relax at ALL!! And gotta fit in stuff during my lunchtime and run som errands so that I can complete all the things I am suppose to do.. Gotta miss Steffan's graduation also.. Sorry dear... Just really alot of stuff to do, and that the finals coming soon, so want to do well in it. May well be my last and final pageant. :)

Still struggling along with my readings la. Have been like falling aslp whenever I am home on the weekends. My bed is just SO comfortable, that I can just fall aslp once i lie on it. And NOTHING can wake me up! Even when my phone is like right in front of me! Haha.... I think I should take my studying outside haha.. so I wont keep slping.. :P Back to those uni days haha... Feeling that I may be slipping up in my readings liao. So i think I better buck up. Even though Economics is like a recap of the things I studied in JC, still, I have also forgotten some of the concepts taught then. So, jiayou jiayou jiayou!! Counting down to my exam date liaoz... 13 weeks more... Argh... Stressed...

It's Friday!!!

Today is a super special day. Other than th fact that it is 08-08-08, the opening of the Olympics in China Beijing, the eve of Singapore's National Day, it is also the night of the S$8million toto draw!! And it matters to me because, I bought my first TOTO ticket with my own hands!!! Hahaha.. Draw my own numbers on the ticket and went to the counter to buy lo haha...

Never buy before then I first time buy haha.. Used the last $1 in my wallet and buy. So now I'm a bit broke liaoz haha.. But ok la. A few more days to pay day for me. :) Hang in there. Next month also going to be very broke haha.. but then well, just leaving a day at a time la. Spending on only the neccessary and trying to live off others. Like dad. :P haha...

So tonight must check out the toto numbers already! Haha.. I not greedy one. Dun need extras, just enough to pay off my debts can liao le. :P haha...
Oh well, just trying my luck la haha.. First time buy haha... Quite funny haha.. But I must not be too disappointed too even if it doesnt come out haha.. Because there is another chance on MOnday! Hahaha.. And well, its $1 only ma haha...

Sunday morning golf is on, then there is massage and my gel nails! Heehee.. Finally going to get it done. I wonder what it will look like. Tml will meet Carol to see how hers is done heehee.. :) I think I will bring my books along and study while I get my nails done. Its 1hr 45 mins - 2 hrs leh haha..

Tonight will be driving my aunties to go Giant and get the free bowl for exchange. :) Just feel like driving ard, and this is a good excuse heehee... :) Anyway Giant is FREE parking heh heh... And we can go for dinner as well. :)
After I take out my stitches lo that is. Don't know how much they will charge for the consultation tonight. I hope its not too ex. This additional expense is taking a toll on me soon. Looking forward to next paycheck!

This weekend is quite relax ba I guess. sat meet Carol as mentioned, then will go home and study study study. Then Sunday will go for golf, massage, do my nails, then go home study again. Quite happy day heehee... Doing things I like. :)

But next week is very hectic already... I dun noe how I will be able to tahan or anything.

Alot of things to prepare for, and every evening, I am PACKED to the max! Saturdays and Sundays look good now. Other then the video shoot, which is in the morning, I can study during the weekends lo.

Ok, will try to put in more indepth thoughts rather than just laying out my scheduel for all to see haha.. :P

Feelin sleepy at work actually, but fortunately all this is coming to an end!

Of relationships...

Steffan called last night. Course is finally over, and things are ok.

Strangely, no gushing feeling of warmth or tears of joy. Just a normal hello.... How come? Got no idea... Seems like I have come to accept things as they are. This is part of his job, and such scenarios will be part of my life then.. I dun noe. Maybe a little angry... Maybe a bit worried having not enough time when he is back . I think anger plays a bigger part la. Ad I know this will happen again and I will be feeling abandoned and left alone. And it has been frens who have accompanied during this period that made me pull through la... So a bit angry for being left alone.. :( Hmm dun noe how to describe. Even though I know he is back, I know sooner or later he will fly off again... Leaving me to handle my life on my own.. And his. :( For the 2 months I din contact his parents.. Because I dun noe wat to say and how to say la.. Just nothing to tok about really. I don't think I can handle this..

Takes actually some substantial effort to then fit him back when he returns... Maybe things will be better after the pageant and after the CFA exams ba... Wait it out and see ba.

Schedule's been planned tight all the way till the finals for Miss Earth. may not even have time to celebrate my birthday... Sigh..

Oh well, shall see how things goes then. Work time!

Of New Wants

Got a new item up my wish list. And that is to have my own car!! Although the price of owning a car is relly increasing, I am just looking for one that is for pure convenience. Will be looking for a weekend car. Hopefully a hybrid. So that I can use CNG. Just convenience to get me to my golf courses in the evening. And some far places like Jurong or Pasir Ris, or East Coast Park for my roller blading. Also will help for out ladies late night mahjong session! Not looking at anything big.. Just small, decent will do. I don't mind sharing with bro if he needs it too. So yup yup. But that I think will be quite alot later ba.. Maybe I wont need to buy my own haha... Maybe bro will share with me heehee... At the place I'm staying, think I won't get it too soon. Maybe can share with Dad too!! Heehee... For now, renting and hitching rides from others is good enough for me as well. Taking public transport gives me time to study as well. :) Just for that occassionaly late nights out and those long distances.

Oh btw, my fren's got an ipod nano and an ipod classic for sale. Its a freebie and he's not using so its for sale now. Brand new. Havent even collected yet. let me know if you have any interests. :o)

Running low on my leave.... argh... and need to make alot of choices... :( One of Miss Earth's event falls on my tutorial class some more... Dun know how leh... Tutorial is pretty impt because there is no makeup for it. How how how... Hmm... Maybe I will take a look at the tutorial questions before I decide how things goes. And there is a change in schedule lo. So means gotta take one more day of leave, since its now on a working day. Not really complaining la.. But then heartpain for my leave lo... :(1.5 down, 2.5 more to go(excluding the extra day for national day). But I'm still contemplating to take one more for golf at JB. Could be a potential job opportunity leh... Dun noe how. So many decisions to make. I wonder how things will go...

Of Ouch!

I think I accidentally pulled my stitches a bit haizz.. That's for always being so violent... The stitches above the eyebrow can be removed on Friday! Keepin fingers crossed and toes crossed.. NO SCAR!!! CAn't really see how it is healing since I am always like piling on the cream and covering up the stitches. Nothing too major, but was obvious enough for my colleagues to notice it at first glance.. Hahaha.... Ouch for now...

I can sort of feel the threads haha.. the last time I took a long look at it, there was a hole there. But I wonder if it healed up well... Friday we will know the results! Can't wait to get the stitches out asap!!

No plans as yet for National day... 10th going to do my gel nails heehee... quite exciting also. And I also wan to check out my hair stuff.. so that I can do it and be in time for the shoot on the 16th. The next week evenings I am PACKED!! Like really sardine packed!! Gotta prepare for the 16th videoshoot, and also the pre-judging and swimwuit competition! Weekends is packed with studying lo... Just a lot of stuff to do... Busy busy busy.. but busy is also not too bad. This week is already starting a bit. I still gotta try fit in timings for lessons.. Getting stressful, but really hope things pick up... This is a good busy..

And admist all this busi-ness, I still have time for my golf!! I really love it. Its like the only destress thing that I am even doing. Once I'm up, I do my chanting. Then on my way to work, I will read my CFA text. THen work work work, followed by lunch break(a short break). Then its work work work again, and evenings I run my errands. Got for class, go for facial, go for waxing etc etc.. If there are no activities, I would head home and read my CFA text. I can't believe I really did this since I started the CFA classes. But its really helping. The extra 30mins or so every morning and 30mins in the evening really helps in my reading. I can coping with the amount of reading, but just not really doing well for the homework la. I still do the tutorials, but then not on the PassMaster disc. That one is very useful. I only managed to finish part 1, which I scored quite badly lo... Now we are at study session 4 already.. Next week starting study session 5 haha... So yeah U can see how lagging behind I am haha.. :P But still pressing on. Because at least Miss Earth have no activities during this time. And I got plenty of time for preparation for that. Just that then everyday is very packed la...

Stoke of bad luck....

yup, its not a streak but more like a stroke. Which i hope in English means it only happens once haha.. otherwise, in MY dictionary, and in THIS context, that's wat it means haha... :P

Anyway, what happened was that I lost my golf handicap card can!! Means I am out of action on local golf courses!! Cos without it, means I can't play la.. Sad sad. And I can't a new one so fast also leh.. Sigh... Maybe should upgrade to another one... then can always get my records from there kind.... One is very tempting. maybe I will go for that soon.

One more week to Steffan's return! But also one more week before my SUPER busy schedule starts to kick off.. Really no time for relaxation sia.... Any free time is spent either chanting, or studying my CFA. Sunday I actually chanted until I fell aslp. :P haha.. Very tiring weekend.

Family spent the morning slping. I spent the morning re-packing my room trying to look for my handicap card lo!! And to no avail. But managed to pack my area. Still left my wardrobe. Then next up, followed dad to lunch and then to GIANT for the lunar 7th month shopping!!! We spent like 2hrs there lo. And we bought alot!! Haha.. spent like $250. But given that $200 was free haha.. so technically we spent $50 haha... And really filled up the trolley. Then headed home. Did some chanting, played some games and then was dinner time again. heehee... then was finally home to bed.

This week, we start off with a relaxing Monday and Tuesday I hope. And then Wed-Sun will be super hectic liaoz!!

Next week will be even worse. Already have everything planned out, and everything have to be on time on target! So that I can complete everything in time lo.. wa a bit stress. Having out break some more also.

But trying my best to keep it up. Everything's ending soon.... :)
